PMO Analyst

Contract | 6 Months

My client is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme.

This role will provide integrated project planning and programme support, ensuring schedules, dependencies, and reporting are maintained accurately across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated programme schedule across all workstreams

• Consolidate PM plans into a single MS Project/Smartsheet view

• Track dependencies, milestones, and critical path across Build, Test, Cutover, and Run

• Support RAID log management and status reporting

• Provide project administration support, including governance packs, minutes, follow-ups, and document control

Role Details

• Location: West Dublin, 2 days onsite per week

• Contract Length: Initially 6 months

• Start Date: ASAP

• Rate: Market Rate
